Our story

We are not only advisors on the best and easiest way to complete your I-130 submission.  We are also former I-130 petitioners.  We began our relationship in 2022 and I was immediately so compelled to see this amazing woman that I scheduled a vacation to the Philippines to meet and spend time with her.  Things went so well that we got engaged while I was there the 1st time.  Then our relationship continued (largely thanks to WhatsApp).  I returned to the Philippines a few months later and we were married.  That's when out journey with The USCIS began.

The initial submission that they request is a 13 page form but once we added all the pics to verify our time together, receipts from out outings, etc, etc, that 13 page document turned closer into a 200 page book.  After uploading all of this information to the USCIS, then came the waiting... and waiting... and more waiting.  One of our goals is to petition President Trump if we are able to get enough supporters, to streamline this program.  We believe that the process could be made easier and take much less time, which would in turn cut down on illegal aliens.

After a year of waiting, we finally received an email stating that our submission had been accepted and no additional information was needed thankfully.  We have heard nightmare stories from others who got an "RFE" or Request For Evidence... just one more thing to slow down the process.  Again, we were fortunate and were immediately referred to the "NVC" or National Visa Center, where we had to upload and affidavit of support and financial documents showing that I could afford to support her once she arrived and if for whatever reason I couldn't support her, then we would have had to find a friend or family member who would be willing to submit paperwork stating that they would stand good for her financial support if need be.  And of course there was the payment which had to be made to the NVC.

Once the NVC has approved you, they send you something stating that you are "Documentary Qualified".  On the other hand, if the information you've submitted to them doesn't meet their requirements, then they send you an "RFE" or Request For Evidence, which can make this process quite long and drawn out.  As long as you achieve the "Documentary Qualified" notification then you'll get a referral letter for your interview at the US Embassy.  If your Embassy interview is several months away, there are ways to get it moved up, however you have to be careful that you are using someone reputable but you also have to remember that you need to complete your physical prior to your US Embassy interview.

When going to your Embassy interview, you must bring pretty much everything that you've submitted at every step along the way, plus, whatever the Embassy requests.  It's a complicated process and at times you feel as though you're walking a tightrope.  My wife and I went through the entire process and thankfully at no step along the way did they ask for more information (RFE).               We had considered using a company that processed the I-130 forms for us but of the companies that we contacted, they were asking on average $5000 which seemed absolutely ridiculous to us.  That is the reason that we decided to start this business.  We know what documents are necessary for each step of the way, we know how the documents need to be arranged and organized.  We work very quickly and our number one goal is to see others achieve US Visa's and Green cards and eventually citizenship if that's the path they want to follow.

We stay with you as advisors after you've gotten your Visa and even after you've come to the US.  If you need assistance on how to get a social security number or driver's license or anything else, we stay with you throughout whatever you need.  Now obviously we cannot assist people with this process for free but we are not trying to take advantage of anyone like the companies we contacted.  If you take a look at out pricing, you'll see that our rates are reasonable.  We'll give you a list of the information/pics/receipts/etc that we need.  Once you send it to us, we'll compile it in the way they prefer to receive everything.  Then you can submit it as-is and print out a copy as-is because you'll need to supply a "hard copy" later.
